Use the Rainbow Program in support groups, health food stores, hospital programs or counseling. It works well with both children and adults, and is designed to cross language and cultural barriers.

Rainbow Healing Cycles

Red: Heart, circulatory system 

Nutrients: Bioflavonoids,  Co-Q 10, Vitamin A 

Tea: Chai, Hawthorn berries 

Essential Oils: Geranium, cinnamon, rosemary, coriander, bergamot 

Dilution Oil: Sesame oil

Foods: Cherries, tomatoes, cranberries, pomegranate, watermelon, apples, red peppers, lamb, salmon 

Avoid: Stimulants, diet drugs
