Essential Oils
Essential oils are derived from seeds, herbs and spices. They are present in plant foods in differing quantities. Food that is derived from plant origins, alive and vibrant, contain essential oils. This is food that will impart life. Life-giving and sustaining foods help regulate all bodily functions, and organ systems. They are what make fruits, flowers, and herbs smell delicious, fragrant and potent.
Our essential oils (we work with doTerra oils) are bio-extracted to the highest pure oil possible, to provide the highest quality of care possible. They belong to a long tradition of improving the condition of both medical care and human life and are backed by years of pharmacology research.
Essential oils are used in cooking, via herbs and spices, in the air via diffusion, and medicinally: they treat many symptoms, conditions and emotions both spiritual and physical; they resonate in the body to heal and cure.
Every person is different and thus requires an individual cure. That cure will resonate within the body’s core to correct the physical imbalance. Oils may be used in combination or consecutively.
Essential oils come in many varieties. Medicinal essential oils, however are extracted naturally, have no added chemicals and are of the purest grade possible. Try Clove, Tea Tree, Rosemary, Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Rose hip, Eucalyptus, and Orange. Use diluted with carrier oils such as almond or olive. Aromatherapy advocates the use of oils topically or by diffusers, to absorb or inhale the vapors of these medicinally potent compounds.
